I travel to my client's home with my laptop computer and portable printer to provide the following services:

Monthly reconciliation of all personal accounts, including:

• checking and savings accounts
• credit card accounts
• investment accounts such as annuities, mutual funds or other long term investments

Payment of monthly bills

I prepare checks for my client's signature for worry free payment of monthly expenses. If desired by my client, his/her adult children or designated representive will review checks prepared for payment.

Monitoring of monthly income

I monitor the receipt of income from rental property, trusts and other sources, and report and resolve any discrepancies for my client.

Concise financial summary for annual tax return preparation

All items of income and expense are categorized in the course of a year, thus easing the task of annual tax return preparation. I will either prepare a client's return myself or refer him/her to a qualified CPA for tax return preparation. If I do not prepare a client's return myself, I will be available to provide and clarify information for my client's tax advisor.

Assistance in meeting Federal and State requirements for domestic employers

I help my clients comply with Federal and State requirements related to caregivers and other domestic employees. In this capacity, I complete:

• WA State Master License application for purposes of hiring domestic employees
• Quarterly Employment Security Department and Labor and Industries reports (Washington State)
• Annual W-2 forms (Federal) for my clients' employees. I also assist my clients' employees in completing forms W-4 and I-9 in connection with their domestic employment
